IMAGE PRINTING

DO NOT OVERSATURATE COLORS. IT WILL NOT ENHANCE TRANSFER QUALITY. A LITTLE COLOR GOES A LONG WAY.

• Design or select image on the computer.
• Mirror image before printing
• Print image on the coated side of transfer paper
• Allow the printed image to dry before transferring

HEAT TRANSFER APPLICATION

Commercial Heat Press

• Set heat press at 375- 400 degrees Fahrenheit and allow to come to set point
• Set press for medium pressure.
• Pre-heat garment for a few seconds to remove moisture or wrinkles.
• Place transfer paper face down and press for 25- 30 seconds
• Remove paper hot or cold.

Home Hand Iron

• It is best to use a smooth, hard, non-porous surface.
• Preheat the iron on the highest setting (Cotton/Linen). Do not add water to the iron
• Allow the iron to pre-heat for 5mins.
• Place a pillowcase on the ironing surface. Iron to remove wrinkles.
• Pre- iron the fabric to remove any moisture and wrinkles
• Place transfer paper face down onto your garment.
• Using firm pressure, slowly iron over the entire surface with sufficient overlapping for 2-3minutes

  • bottom to top and
  • along the edge moving continuously
• Remove paper hot or cold
